My husband and I approached Janette to organise our honeymoon in Mauritius. The resort was superb, with a variety of restaurants, pools, activities, and a private beach where we were served drinks regularly while we sunbathed. Our room was spacious and private, located far enough away from the reception and entertainment section that we were never bugged by noise – perfect for afternoon snoozes. We opted for the full board package, so at no point did we have to reach for our wallets – what a pleasure. I can’t say enough great things about working with Janette. I personally enjoy planning our vacations. But when I knew that my fiancé and I were going to attend a wedding in South Africa, we wanted to make a extended trip out of it and so we needed a professional. Janette was excellent with communication and very organized throughout the entire process. She knew what the best options would be as we never did a safari before. She took care of booking our domestic flights, organized an amazing guide for our hike up Table Mountain, and provided a beautiful detailed itinerary to print out. When we got to two of our lodges she even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a photo of us from our safari trip. These extra touches really meant the world to us. We contacted Janette only six weeks before we were due to visit South Africa and within a few days, Janette had already produced a detailed itinerary along the Garden Route from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. I’m very grateful a friend recommended Janette to plan my Rwanda gorilla trek, and Tanzanian safaris to see the wildebeest migration and other wildlife. I was always met at each stop, had excellent driver/guides and she even checked in for me and sent me my boarding passes – a small thing but very much appreciated. As you know, travelling with a 14 months old baby can be super scary but we did not have any issues whatsoever with every places and services you’ve booked for us.
